As you begin to create the AutoResponder messages that will be sent to your Mailing List subscribers, there are two primary AR messages to write in advance of a new member or a qualified prospect opting-in to your two Mailing Lists.

Yesterday, we showed you the ListWire system that you can use to set up a communication system with your members in CascadingWealthCreation and Join4aDollar. In fact, you will eventually set up a separate List for each of our fourteen programs in CWC’s entire portfolio. Each of the programs will grow differently from Join4aDollar to Club4Elite’s group of programs, depending upon those who gradually build their business one dollar and one member at a time, or those members who decide to Fast Track into one or more of the other programs.

You may find spillover members from your upline in one or another of the programs which might not be in the other matrices. This has already been my personal experience with TeamBuild4Wealth. Our Team has four spillover members already, just after Susan and I did our Fast Tracking. There are two spillover members on my first level and two on my second level. I have no way of communicating with them unless they read this Blog and subscribe to my Mailing List for TeamBuild4Wealth members. Now, realize that your spillover members will benefit from your regular methods of building each Phase; although they may not know how or whom is helping them move into Phase 2 and 3.

You can start with one Mailing List for all of the CWC members and then as you learn how to use the ListWire system, you can create more Lists for each program if you wish. One List will suffice for now, but you will find that you become far more organized and effective when you create a new Mailing List for each of the fourteen programs as you become a member.

ListWire Mailing Lists and AutoResponders

The second most important Mailing List for you to design now is a List for Prospects and Leads. The AutoResponder messages that you will use for this List will be oriented for people who are taking their first look at our business and making an informed decision about their choice to become a member. You will want to have five to twelve AutoRespnder messages in the system which are set up to be sent at intervals of time to the people who opt-in to your Prospect Mailing List. They will give pertinent information in a gradual way which answers most of the questions that are commonly asked about our business model prior to making the decision to participate as a member. These will be a progressive series of messages that help them to determine if our program is suited to them and describe how our program differs from other programs that they may be familiar with to compare with their options or add our portfolio to their multiple streams of income from an assortment of programs.

You must realize that most Prospects have some familiarity with Network Marketing in general and have joined one or more companies in the past that didn’t work all that well for them. These Prospects are looking for something to replace that failed effort and move forward with a better company or business opportunity. They might also be looking for a second or a third company to make additional money, if their primary program is less lucrative than necessary for their monetary goals in this Industry.

They may not be getting adequate Training or Business information in their other programs. They might be tired of selling a product that no one wants or is too expensive. They might be hoping to find a better compensation plan or more professional administrative business management. They may even be interested in our program to help their distributors in their other company to get the Training and business skills that are lacking in that program.

Initially, there are a thousand different reasons why a Prospect would be interested in looking at our program. Many people are unemployed, losing their jobs, behind in their house payments, or in need of a second income to put their children through college. They will join our program and learn more about how it works with your help. As they learn about the superior features of our program, they may even decide to make our program their primary business; especially if their last program did not deliver what was promised, was compromised for some reason, or closed the doors unexpectedly. This happens relatively frequently in the Network Marketing Industry, so you can help people who have lost so much in the past recover and find a new home with a solid business opportunity. It all starts with basic information and then it builds a foundation that educates them to the point of being ready to make a good decision to join our company. At that time they will join your Member Mailing List and be removed from the Prospect Mailing List.

The group of AR message for Prospects and Leads needs to include your referral URL and instructions for joining our program. You can also introduce yourself and make the case for being the best sponsor for them. You may even offer to “Pay It Forward” or benefactor them into the business for one dollar. You can design these messages on your own or use some of the messages that we have written. You will also find some AR messages in The Diamond Hunt.

Now, I can hear your next question. “Where am I going to find Prospects and Leads who want to opt-in to this Mailing List?” That’s the perfect question and we have many answers that will help you to find qualified Prospects and bonafide Leads. This is going to be the Lifeblood of your business growth. You need to place your offer in front of new eyes every day for your organization to grow and prosper. In the days, weeks, and months ahead; we will provide you with numerous methods of finding and reaching Prospects and Leads. We will teach you a wide array of methods that Internet Marketing experts use to generate Traffic to their websites. Then it’s up to you to convert those Prospects into members using these systems and strategies.

Before you start to write out your AutoResponder messages, gather together your referral URLs for all of the programs that you are a member of in CascadingWealthCreation’s portfolio. One of the AR messages in the series will explain the benefits and process of Fast Tracking, so you will give subscribers all of your referral URLs to use when they make the wise decision to Fast Track beyond Join4aDollar.

All you need to do is to replace this username with your own username on the end of the URL. You will also find your referral URL in the Welcome Message from the company when you joined the program. It is also located on several of the pages in your Back Office.

OK…that’s your task for today. It is a good idea to make a Folder with all of your referral URLs readily available, so that when one of your members wishes to Fast Track; you will be able to immediately supply them with the URLs.
