One of our Club4EliteGold members sent this website to me today. I took the time to watch the short video about Success.
I decided to subscribe to the Newsletter. I checked out the rest of the website and found this short video which discusses the key components of Teamwork. This is what I want you to think about today!
Teamwork is the focus of our Business Training in our third program in the series, TeamBuild4Wealth. This video will illustrate a few of the major issues that make a Team cohesive and successful.
I particularly like the issue of ‘Synergy’. I also feel strongly about ‘Communication’ and that’s one of the reasons for writing daily on this Blog.
Notice that the imagery of the Blue Angels flying in formation is used in this video as well as the Webinar Presentations about our program. I have watched the Blue Angels perform on several occasions and they are an ideal example of the cohesive actions of individual members of a Team who work together as ‘one’ for performance that is unequaled and simply amazing!
Our Team does this and we’re always working on ways to enhance our Team activities. Please share this Blog with the rest of your Team and allow your flight to go to another level.
The website has many motivational resources. They even have plaques for recognition and achievement in areas like Teamwork.
