Major Issue and the New
Proposal to fix it
As many of you know, My Harvest America has given back to consumers millions of dollars in discounts, rebates and special deals. The purpose was to create a community of like-minded consumers working together to build a better America. Unfortunately, many individual consumers have fraudulently taken advantage of our program.
Below is a plan that we have been working on that would eliminate most
of the problems discussed and ultimately increase your earning potential.
MHA New Proposal
Effective Immediately 5/18/11
New Payment Method: Check Draft
Effective Immediately: In order to make sure that there are no further
fraud and merchant chargebacks, the only payment method accepted by My Harvest America will be Check Drafts. You will need to login to your back office and change your payment method to Check Draft. This is a requirement for autoship processing, product orders, new sign ups or any other type of payment. Credit cards will no longer be accepted at this time. Here are the steps to update the monthly autoships:
In your back office, click on AUTOSHIP.
Click on VIEW/EDIT on the monthly autoship.
Under PAYMENT TYPE, click on EDIT and select CHECK DRAFT.
The Payee info is your name and address.
The Bank lines are the name and address of your bank.
You must do this for each monthly autoship
New Proposal: The Rewards Rebate Check has been deleted and replaced with this new proposal. This proposal is over and above the payout bonuses in the current compensation plan and could add huge bonuses to your Fast Start, Matrix and Match checks.
Premier Secure Sleeve Product Package is $250.
A monthly autoship of $29.95 is required.
$150 paid out on 5 generations of Fast Start Bonuses @ $30.00 on each generation. This is a one-time payout on each order.
$24.00 paid in the matrix as listed below. This is additional matrix commission money and a one-time payout on each order.
$2 paid on the first 4 levels
$4 paid on the last 4 levels
Below are the Qualifications to earn the $30 fast start and the additional matrix bonuses.
Purchase a secure sleeve product package of $250.00 annually
Sponsor 1 rep that stays active each month
Reps that have already paid the $250.00 product package and have not received a rebate check will be qualified.
Elite Secure Sleeve Product Package is $140.
Monthly autoship of $29.95 and $34.95 is required.
$60.00 paid out on 5 generations of Fast Start Bonuses @ $12.00 on each generation. This is a one-time payout on each order.
$12 paid in the matrix as listed below. This is in addition to the matrix commission currently in place. This is also a one-time payout on each order.

$2 paid on the last 4 levels

A) Yes, I would like to stay active with MHA, including adding any past
Secure Sleeve orders into the new compensation plan. I also request my
autoship Subscription remains active. Past orders will be added to the
compensation plan at a later date. NEW orders will be added in the current month they are purchased and matrix commissions paid the following month.
B) No, I do not wish to participate in the new compensation plan and would like a refund on Secure Sleeve orders. I understand I will have to return all received Secure Sleeve orders in order to receive a refund on orders. I understand that my position in MHA will also be cancelled.
C) Yes, I would like to stay active with my monthly Subscription, but would like a refund for my Secure Sleeve Order.
Support Emails: If you sent an email into support prior to this email and
have not received an answer, those emails will be archived and not be answered. You must send in a new email with one of the Choices listed above.
a) Send only 1 email per account and please put in your ID number. Multiple emails for the same status will be deleted. b) An email must be sent from your email address relating to your account. Emails will not be answered if it doesn’t pertain to your account.
Autoships will not be processed until further notice to give you time to switch your payment method to check draft. The new processing date for autoships will start Monday May 23rd, 2011. The process to update the monthly autoships are listed above.
The updating of the website with new information will be taking place over the next couple of days.
All refunds will be processed and mailed once a week, at the end of the week, and only on unshipped product orders. Any refunds on monthly subscriptions will only be allowed up to 5 business days after the order was placed.
