MHA Closed

Due to circumstances beyond our control, My Harvest America, Inc. has been forced to file for protection under Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. Further information for claims will be forthcoming from the US Bankruptcy Court, May 27, 2011 Case # 2:11-bk-15482.

This was the official notification by email send to all members today about the closure of the business due to circumstances beyond the company’s control.

This is unfortunate and it will be a harsh blow to many of us who absolutely love this program.

I actually feel that the founders and owners will rise like a phoenix from the ashes and build a better business in the future. While MHA may be gone, the concept and the business model is sound and workable. I truly hope that the owners will not give up entirely and will devise a new plan and come back with a program that cannot be destroyed from the outside in.
