The Member and Customer Support Service is excellent at ZeekRewards. You simply have to know how to access it to get answers to any question you may have about the program or your Account.
The Staff has always responded to my questions and inquiries in less than 24 hours from within my Back Office. They are courteous, polite, and very helpful.
To get any of your questions or thoughts addressed quickly and efficiently, all you have to do is to login to your Back Office with your username and password from the drop down menu. Then you scroll down to the red link for “Contact Affiliate Services”. You use the form provided to write to the staff and submit it directly from within your Back Office. Then you go back to this same place and below the form, you will find the staff’s response to your question within a short period of time…usually less than a day.
If you prefer to talk to a live representative, then you can do that on one of the Conference Calls about general information rather than your personal account details. Use the form in your Back Office for personal account questions!
There is also an option for using Skype to answer questions about this program. Their Customer Service Department is impeccable and efficient. But you have to do it the way it is set up to use the system properly. The Conference Calls are excellent and important to stay on top of recent changes and improvements to our program. These people are truly professionals and it’s refreshing to be able to send you to this program knowing that you are in good hands!
